Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the 7010 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the provisions set out herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 7010 as the platform operator. This platform is intended solely for users in Malaysia aged 18 and above. 2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full features of 7010, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. 7010 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
As a 7010 platform user, you agree to:
- To use this platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws.
- Not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems, including through hacking, cyberattacks, or software manipulation.
- Not to use bots, automated software, or any method other than the platform's provided interface to place bets or carry out transactions.
- Not to transfer or sell your account to any third party.
- To ensure that all information provided to the platform is accurate and up to date at all times.
Any breach of these rules will result in immediate action, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the 7010 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of local payment methods, including online bank transfers, DuitNow, and approved digital wallets. You are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using a payment method registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
All withdrawal requests are subject to the identity verification (KYC) process required by the platform. Withdrawals may only be made to a Malaysian bank account registered in the user's own name. 7010 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where suspicious activity or a payment-related breach of terms is detected.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as processing times, are subject to the current policy stated in your account dashboard. 7010 is not responsible for delays caused by banking systems or third-party payment providers.
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The 7010 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied guarantees or warranties. We do not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption or free from technical errors at all times. 7010 is not liable for any financial loss, data loss, or other damages arising from the use of this platform.
7010's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim. This disclaimer applies to the fullest extent permitted under applicable Malaysian law.
6. Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Account Suspension & Closure
7010 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in cases of fraud, abuse, breach of terms, or any activity deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform. Accounts closed due to violations are not eligible to claim any remaining balance.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, graphics, text, and software on the 7010 platform are the exclusive property of 7010 or our licensors and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
